Cotton socks manufacturer turkey — production for your brand
Cotton is widely used for everyday comfort, but the finished sock depends on more than the main fibre. Yarn quality, supporting fibres, knit structure and finishing influence the feel and shape. Define the desired product rather than assuming every cotton sock performs the same way.
Choose the complete blend
Polyamide, polyester and elastane may be used within a blend for different technical purposes. Confirm percentages and the finished composition label. If organic certification is required, specify the standard and documentary requirements separately.
Compare samples in context
Assess thickness, appearance, cuff feel and wash behaviour against the intended retail use. A fine dress style and a cushioned sports style can both use cotton while feeling very different. The sample provides a common reference for approval.
Review the complete cotton blend
Cotton content is one part of the specification. The supporting fibres, yarn construction, knitting density and finishing also influence the hand feel, recovery and everyday wear of the finished sock. Decide whether the collection is intended as a light dress style, an everyday essential or a cushioned sports product before comparing blends. The same fibre family can produce very different results across these constructions.
For an organic cotton programme, confirm the applicable certification scope, documentation and labelling conditions for the specific order. The presence of cotton does not make a product organic, and a supplier certificate should not be treated as permission for any retail claim. Record the agreed composition on the technical pack and check that packaging uses the declaration required for the destination market.
What to include in your development brief
Provide the intended wearer, size system, sock height and target quantity. Include a reference sample or clear images if you already have a construction in mind. State the yarn composition when it is fixed, or describe the feel and use you want when material selection is still open. Artwork should show the intended position and scale of each logo or motif.
If different colours share one construction, list the colour references separately from the technical details. This makes the inquiry easier to review and helps avoid comparing quotations for products that only look similar.
Approve the details before bulk production
Use the sampling stage to establish a shared reference for fit, dimensions, hand feel, colour and branding. Record requested revisions clearly, then confirm which physical sample and specification are approved for the order. Check the size range, packaging artwork and any agreed testing alongside the sock itself. A sample approval should identify the complete product, including the label and packing instructions. For a repeat order, quote the previous product code and describe any change explicitly.
Keeping a clear approval record gives both the buyer and the manufacturer a useful benchmark throughout production.
Quantities, packaging and the delivery conversation
ELBASOCKS accepts starting orders from 1,000 pairs and has monthly production capacity of 1,000,000 pairs. Tell us the total quantity and your proposed allocation across styles, colours and sizes; the accepted breakdown is confirmed in the quotation. Add the delivery country, preferred shipping arrangement and target arrival window. Packaging may include your labels, wraps, barcodes, multipack arrangement and carton instructions.
Availability, development time and dispatch planning depend on the approved brief, so request a project-specific schedule. A capacity figure describes manufacturing capability and should not be read as a delivery promise for an unconfirmed order.
