Private label socks manufacturer Turkey — from your brief to your brand
Private label production puts your brand on a sock developed for your customer. The brief can include yarn composition, colours, patterns, knitted branding, sizes and packaging. Whether you are extending an apparel collection or launching a focused sock range, we work from the commercial purpose of the product.
Define the product before the price
A crew sock with a cushioned foot differs substantially from a lightweight dress sock. Share the construction, reference sample, size range and target quantity so the quote reflects the product you actually need. If you have not selected a material, describe the hand feel, end use and price position you are aiming for.
Branding that belongs to you
Logo placement, pattern scale, colour count and stitch definition influence how artwork appears in a knitted product. We review your artwork for the chosen construction before sampling. Retail wraps, hang tags, size labels and packaging instructions should be part of the same brief, rather than an afterthought at dispatch.
Sampling and bulk approval
The sample is the point at which appearance, fit and construction meet. Review it against the written specification and record any changes before bulk approval. Confirm the artwork version, size breakdown and packaging details together. This reduces ambiguity and gives production a clear benchmark.
Start from 1,000 pairs
ELBASOCKS accepts inquiries starting at 1,000 pairs, with the final design, colour and size allocation reviewed during quotation. For larger programmes, our monthly capacity of one million pairs provides a scale foundation. Send your planned quantity and destination to begin a practical production discussion.
Keep your brand system connected to the product
Private label development includes the sock, the knitted branding and the way the customer receives it. Provide logo files, colour references and a description of your visual identity. Identify whether branding should appear on the cuff, leg, foot or sole, and review the physical knitted result during sampling. Small typography can behave differently in yarn than it does on a screen.
Packaging artwork should include the correct product name, fibre composition, size, care wording and any barcode information your retail channel requires. Confirm these details together so the product and its presentation belong to the same collection.
Build a collection structure before dividing the order
Decide which silhouettes belong in the first range and how they relate to the target customer. A focused collection may use fewer constructions with carefully chosen colours; a broader programme may need different technical briefs for everyday, sport and dress products. Start with a total quantity, then propose the allocation across styles, sizes and colours. ELBASOCKS reviews the breakdown from a minimum starting order of 1,000 pairs.
An overall minimum does not mean that every possible combination is automatically available in any quantity. The quotation should make the accepted allocation and scope clear.
Move from brand concept to an approved reference
Use the development process to make decisions that can be checked. Record the agreed yarn, dimensions, artwork position and packaging requirements in a technical pack. Review the sample for fit and hand feel, then identify revisions before bulk approval. If you need certification-related claims, confirm eligibility and label permissions for the particular product. A future reorder should refer to the approved product code and indicate any changes to materials, colour, packaging or quantity.
This gives the manufacturing team a defined starting point for repeat production.
Plan your manufacturing brief
Share your intended use, target customer, material preferences, size range and quantity. Minimum orders start at 1,000 pairs; the design, colour and size allocation is confirmed during quotation. Specify your destination market and required testing so the project can be reviewed as a complete product.
