Your manufacturing quote: what to include
A useful quote starts with a useful brief. Select your category, estimate the quantity and describe the material, sizes and packaging. Our minimum order is 1,000 pairs. If you are still developing the range, tell us what is decided and what you need help specifying.

Describe the product you want to develop
Tell us who will wear the socks, what they are used for and which shoes they are intended to accompany. Add the preferred height, material, size range and any cushioning or grip requirement. If you have a reference product, explain the features you want to retain and what should change. A clear written description makes a visual reference more useful.
Give us a proposed quantity breakdown
Enter at least 1,000 pairs in the form and describe how you would like the order divided across designs, colours and sizes. The accepted breakdown is confirmed during quotation. Identify your first-order quantity separately from any longer-term forecast. This helps us review the immediate brief while understanding the collection’s intended scale.
Include branding and packing requirements
Share whether you need knitted logos, custom colours, single-pair labels, wraps, multipacks or another presentation. Provide barcode and carton requirements if these are already defined. Tell us which packaging decisions remain open. Relevant composition, sizing and care information should be reviewed alongside artwork before final approval.
Tell us your destination and target timing
Specify the delivery country and your preferred arrival window. If you use a particular shipping arrangement or warehouse process, include that information in the project details. Development, sampling, approvals and production must be considered together when agreeing a schedule. We confirm timing for the specific order rather than applying a single lead time to every product.
Request the right documents for your sourcing team
List any certificates, audit information, product tests or buyer protocols your company requires. Identify the destination market and the claims you expect to use on the product. Documentation should be reviewed against the relevant entity, current validity and scope. Send these requirements at the beginning so they can be considered with material selection and product development.
What happens after you send the form?
Your inquiry is saved privately in the website administration and passed to the email system for sales@elbasocks.com. The sales team can review the brief and clarify the details needed for a quotation. Submitting the form is a request for a manufacturing discussion; it does not place an order or commit either party to a price or production schedule. You can also contact the same sales address directly.
